Class Description
This class will help you develop skills for finer cabinet construction using cabinet-grade plywood and solid wood face frames. Each student will build their own kitchen base cabinet with raised panel drawer face and doors. The skills and techniques learned in building the base cabinet are repeated for every element of kitchen cabinet construction or other built-in casework. Since one base cabinet is not necessarily all that useful, many students opt to turn the cabinet into a custom router table for their shop. Another option would be a small bathroom vanity.
